CONTEMPORARY SUNFLOWER PAINTING in OILS by OLGA WAGNER

I bough a really nice bunch of sunflowers over the weekend and here is a first in a series of bright floral paintings. Once again, the painting was started with brushes and was finished with strong palette knife paint application.

A small warm-up painting for some larger beauties.  I started this one with brushes and finished it with juicy layers of paint applied with palette knife.
