FACES OF RESCUE 100 CATS: Einstein 4/100

"Einstein" - 8x8 Oil on Panel

Einstein was adopted from SAFE Haven for Cats by a volunteer in 2006. Einstein was a big cat who was rather aloof. Further complicating matters was that he was at least ten years old and no one seemed interested in an older, stand-offish cat. He spent 4-6 weeks in a foster home and seemed to open up a bit. Still, he didn’t attract too much attention. During each shift that the volunteer worked, Einstein seemed to look forward to their play time and brushing sessions. Finally, after about 3 months of those playtime rendezvous, the decision was made that Einstein would make a perfect addition to the volunteer's family.
