Billie Holliday was a sweet little special needs girl that recently found a great home though Safe Haven for Cats. She was Feline Leukemia positive an required a home with no other cats.

A couple visiting the shelter for the Valentines day Open House got to meet Billie. As soon as the husband bent down to pet her she won him over! She would purr an purr and want to be petted. He opened the cage to get a good petting in for her and she tried to come out onto his lap. The adoption was finalized a week and a half later and Billie finally had a home of her own.

She has really gotten use to being inside of an apartment and is eating healthy and doing laps inside the apartment.
