Oh Boy! Did I have FUN with this one :)
I originally went for a light blue and green background, but it did not do that NOSE justice...It called for something less subdued and more lively...Once I settled on this background the painting just melded together...

Meet Louise...Cow of a different style... I have been feeling a bit stressed this past week and needed to seriously unwind in the studio. This little cow gave me the opportunity to be more free and abstract...
That blue-grey that you see on the cow is Gamblin's Torrit Grey (2014). Last year the shade was way too dark and too depressing for my taste...But this year's shade is scrumptious! Absolutely Love it...

30 in September - Painting #10
This boy is a bit subdued in it's color scheme... I just love this shade of green and have been trying to push into my latest paintings....It's a mixture of Purple and Cad Yellow Lemon -
