WIP - Cuteness

I will post the finished product tomorrow, but this will give you a good idea of what's to come. This is a 12x12x1.5 canvas that was primed with grey gessoe. I used a yellow pastel pencil to lay out the shape of a boston face. Some artist start by painting the eyes - I am not one of them. I find that once I have the face, the eyes come naturally. For me, it's the face that dictates the eyes and not the other way around....
