FLEA BITTEN GREY HORSE

Everyone knows the saying "beauty is skin deep" -

That saying applies well to some of Flea-Bitten Grey horses. Flea-bitten Grey is a version of grey with speckles of the original coat color mixed in with the white hairs. Did you know that grey horses are typically born with a solid colored coat, such as bay, but with age they grey out. Grey comes from a Dominant gene, i.e. one of the parents has to be grey. Aren't genetics a GRAND thing....
