Here is my entry to this weeks DSFDF Challenge. It gave me a break from all the animal paintings. I think this is my first beach scene ever - I am not much of a beach bum...

I love the thoughtful tilt to his head - is he contemplating the gulls, actually stepping in for a swim or the satisfaction of sun and surf? Delightful!
