This is what it looks like after I transferred the sketch to the 16x20 museum style canvas. I still like the look of it. I will be posting updates as the painting progresses!
A quick sketch of my vision for the composition of the final painting. I repositioned and tilted the head just a tad to get that "looking at you" feeling. I am thinking 16x20 would be a perfect size.

This is the original photo that I am using for this years Tuxedo Cat Ball Painting. Oreo was a kitten that came through the Safe Haven for Cats rescue.
